Twilight Tennis This Weekend          

Hi Everyone,

Just a reminder that we have a Twilight Tennis BBQ this weekend on Sunday 10/15. We will play tennis from 4-6 p.m., followed by a BBQ starting at 6pm. We will be serving steak and chicken, plus all the fixings (salad, beans, roll, dessert). You just need to bring your own beverage.

The cost is $20. $25 for non-members.

To register, talk to Keith or simply reply to this e-mail and let us know your meat choice and if you are playing tennis (non-tennis players are welcomed at dinner). 

AIR QUALITY: if the smoke persists through the weekend, we may just have dinner and skip the tennis. Hopefully it will be much nicer by Sunday.

Junior Tournament

Next weekend (Oct. 20-22) is the Orindawoods Junior Championships. All the courts will be used from Friday at 4 p.m. through the weekend. We’re sorry for the inconvenience, but I think we all feel that it is important to support junior tennis and the future of the game. Thank you for your support, and come down and watch some of the action.

If you have a child interested in playing, the deadline is Sunday 10/15 at midnight. Register on TopDog tennis, the USPTA site.

Reindeer Games

Looking ahead, our holiday tennis social hosted by Lysbeth McNeill and Keith will be held on Sunday, 12/10 from 2-4 p.m. There is no charge for this event. Mark your calendars. You can register by replying to this e-mail, or contacting Keith or Lysbeth.
